During the maintenance, customer will not be able to update cases. Were is no other expected affects to the portal functionality. The Expected downtime for this maintenance is 60 minutes.

GoGrid Dedicated Servers and Virtual Resources will not be impacted by this maintenance.

At 3pm Pacific Standard Time, We will be turning NTT up and Level 3 down in the IAD data center. Customers may experience a small network blip at this time if at all.

Customer Impact:
Dependent on your flow it could be no disruption or up to 30 seconds (note we are bringing up a peering and taking one down again) so you may see two blips.

US-EAST1

Maintenance Details:
GoGrid engineers will be performing network maintenance in the US-EAST1 data center in order to provide continued network reliability. Minimal customer impact expected.
