GoGrid Customer Issues:

Customer Impact:
Some customers were not able to access their GoGrid servers.  Other customers were also experiencing issues accessing my.GoGrid.com portal.
There was an issue with one of our peering partners.
This issue has been resolved as of 5:36pm PST.

Utility Power Outage - Restored

Wednesday, November 30, 2016 09:45 PST (GMT -8) until further notice.

Update:
Utility power has been restored. No issues to report.

No Impact to Critical Load. This notice is for advisory purposes only. Customers should not experience any issues.

Maintenance Details:

This morning, at approximately 6:50 AM PST, the site experienced a utility power outage. All systems operated as designed and the site is currently being supported via generator power.
The local engineering team is working with the local utility provider to understand the cause of the outage and expected duration. Further updates to be provided as more information is available.
