Maintenance Infrastructure Update Jan 30th

Please review the following information for the GoGrid Scheduled Maintenance

Monday, January 30th, 2012 19:00 - 23:59 PST (GMT-8)

Customer Impact:

The GoGrid customer portal (my.gogrid.com) and API will be unavailable for up to 5 hours while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, dedicated servers, firewalls, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

Maintenance Details:

GoGrid is making software improvements to the GoGrid customer portal and API.

Inquiries:

Customers who have additional questions before or after the maintenance are requested to contact the GoGrid Support Center via the portal (https://my.gogrid.com) or by phone (1-877-946-4743 or 1-415-869-7444). During the maintenance, please contact us by phone.

GoGrid CloudStorage - Resolved

Some customers have reported connections issues with GoGrid CloudStorage. Our Team is investigating this now. If you have any questions or concerns, please submit a case through your portal and our Support Team will follow up with you.

Update: The issue with CloudStorage access has been resolved. Please contact the GoGrid Support Team if you experience any issues.

GoGrid Job Processing - Resolved

Some GoGrid users may notice slower than normal GoGrid job processing times. Our Systems Team is looking into the cause of this now. If you have any issues please open up a Support Case in your portal and our Support Team will work directly with you.

UPDATE:
Issue is resolved and jobs are processing at normal speeds now. Please contact our GoGrid Support Team if you are having any issues.

The GoGrid Networking Team is performing an upgrade to the US-West network infrastructure. Customers may see a 2-8 second interruption to their public networking as the upgrade takes place. This brief interruption will only occur once per GoGrid account.
