GoGrid Portal and Case System Maintenance - 2016-05-07

GoGrid Primary Customer DNS Server Maintenance:

Customer Impact:
During the maintenance, customer will not be able to open or update existing cases in the GoGrid web portal. There is no other expected affects to the portal functionality. The Expected downtime for this maintenance is 2 hours.

US-West-1

Maintenance Details:
GoGrid Dedicated Servers and Virtual Resources will not be impacted by this maintenance. Please call or chat with GoGrid Support for any urgent issues.

Maintenance Status: Complete
Thank you for your patience while we completed our maintenance. The maintenance is now complete and DNS should be functionality normally.

Customer Impact:
This notice is for advisory purposes only. Customers should not experience any issues. It is recommended that you have more than one DNS server configured on your servers to avoid any issues during this maintenance.

Data Center:
US-EAST-1

Maintenance Details:
The primary production DNS server, ns-01.iad.gogrid.net, will be off-line for maintenance.  The GoGrid DNS infrastructure has redundancy, so you should experience no interruption in DNS services.  During this window, customers will have DNS functionality utilizing ns-02.iad.gogrid.net.  To avoid any DNS-related issues, please verify that you have more than one DNS server configured on your servers.
