GoGrid Portal Issue - New Case Creation - 2016-05-09 - Resolved

Maintenance Status: Complete
Thank you for your patience while we completed our maintenance. The maintenance is now complete and New Case Creation should be functionality normally.


Customer Impact:
Customers had reported portal issues on my.gogrid.com . New Case Creation was not working.  We have resolved the issue. Customer can also update and open cases.

GoGrid Portal and Case System Maintenance - 2016-05-07

GoGrid Primary Customer DNS Server Maintenance:
Saturday, May 07th, 2015 07:00pm - 9:00pm PDT (UTC-7) 


Customer Impact:
During the maintenance, customer will not be able to open or update existing cases in the GoGrid web portal. There is no other expected affects to the portal functionality. The Expected downtime for this maintenance is 2 hours.

US-West-1

Maintenance Details:
GoGrid Dedicated Servers and Virtual Resources will not be impacted by this maintenance. Please call or chat with GoGrid Support for any urgent issues.
