Customer Impact:
An emergency maintenance will be performed during the specified window. Estimated down time is 120 minutes. During this time customer servers will be shut down and offline. Servers will be restored to their previous state after the maintenance is completed.  Affected customers have been sent a notification email.  Customers that have opted out of email notification will need to check their portal for the opened case.

GoGrid engineers have discovered a problem with the state of the hardware on the node which your server(s) are hosted. During the maintenance period our engineering team will be working to correct this problem.

GoGrid Customer Portal Unavailable - 5/7/2015 - Resolved

GoGrid Customer Portal Maintenance Window:
Thursday, May 7, 2015 4:35 - 12:15:00 PST (UTC-8) 

Customer Impact:
The My.GoGrid.com was the target of a distributed denial-of-service attack. During this period customers were unable to access My.GoGrid.com portal or the API to managed there servers. This is now resolved.

During the attack GoGrid dedicated servers and virtual resources were not impacted by this denial-of-service attack
