Resolved -- Advisory: https://api.gogrid.com Offline

Issues with the API have been resolved.

Customer Impact:
The API for GoGrid is presently offline.  Customers will not be able to submit API requests to https://api.gogrid.com.

Details:
Maintenance today for the http://my.gogrid.com portal designed to improve and add features to the portal required the API to be taken offline for a short period of time while these updates were made.  Unfortunately the API system did not return as expected and is presently being troubleshot.  At present there is no estimated time to resolution.

Maintenance Details:
We identified an issue that was affecting some Windows VMs as a result of last night's maintenance. The issue was causing Windows VMs to unexpectedly lose IP connectivity.

While the hardware upgrade went as planned, we are reverting a software upgrade that we had made to the hypervisor layer, and this requires restarting the node. We apologize for the inconvenience.

GoGrid Windows Images

Customer Impact:
GoGrid engineers have detected an instability in some nodes that is affecting Windows image servers.  We're presently troubleshooting the issue and we're attempting to resolve.  We will keep you posted.
