On May 19th, 2009, from approximately 10:18 to 10:50 a.m. PDT, one of the GoGrid routers had an issue that caused packet loss. The issue has now been resolved. We are investigating the root cause and a detailed RFO will be forthcoming shortly.

To resolve packet loss we've rebooted the affected router. Service should be restored in approximately 5 minutes
We're aware of packet loss to one of our GoGrid routers. We're working to restore connectivity.
