Network Issues Reported - Resolved

UPDATE 2 -
The GoGrid Networking Team has resolved the issue related to an access router. A detailed RFO will be provided to impacted customers.


UPDATE -
The GoGrid Networking Team is monitoring the situation to confirm that the issue has been resolved.


GoGrid is currently investigating a network connectivity issue impacting some customers. This blog will be updated as more information becomes available.

Fortinet Firewall OS upgrade

Customer Impact:

Servers behind the Fortinet firewall will lose connectivity for up to 10 minutes.

Maintenance Details:

ServePath is performing a software upgrade on the shared firewall. Your connectivity will be lost for up to 10 minutes.

The GoGrid "my.gogrid.com" customer portal and API will be unavailable for up to 3 hours while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid VMs, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

GoGrid is making software improvements to internal administrative functionality for the GoGrid customer portal and API.
