Customer Impact:

There should be no impact to customers. Add/start/delete requests from the portal may be delayed for a few minutes. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid VMs, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

Maintenance Details:

GoGrid is making software improvements to internal administrative functionality for the GoGrid customer portal.

Issues reported with GoGrid Portal

Update -
The issues related to accessing the GoGrid Portal has been resolved.

Users have been experiencing an issue logging into their GoGrid portal. Please know we are aware of the issue and our engineers are working on a resolution. This issue does not affect your ability to access your GoGrid servers directly. Thank you for your patience.

Issues reported with servers starts/restarts

GoGrid Support has received several reports of servers failing to come back online after restarting.  This can include hard restarts from the portal, soft reboots from the servers themselves, and restarts during the deployment process for new servers.

Our engineers are investigating, but have not yet identified the root cause.  We will update this status blog as more information becomes available.  In the interim, please contact our support via case, chat, or call if you are affected by this problem and need assistance getting a server back online.

Expired SSL certificate on api.gogrid.com

The SSL certificate for api.gogrid.com expired yesterday.  We are working to get it renewed and hope to have the problem resolved within 24 hours.  Calls the the GoGrid API will still work correctly in the meantime if the client is configured to accept the expired certificate.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

This issue has been resolved. The SSL certificate on api.gogrid.com is now up to date. Please let us know if you experience any further issues with this.
