GoGrid is performing an upgrade of one of our CloudStorage clusters. During maintenance, some customers will not be able to access files on CloudStorage. After maintenance, you may need to re-mount your CloudStorage share to restore access.

Customer Impact:

There should be no impact to customers other than the possibility of Add/start/delete requests from the portal being delayed for a few minutes. There will be no additional customer impact to existing GoGrid VMs, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

Network Issues Reported - Resolved

Starting approximately 4:45 pm PST, GoGrid experienced an inbound DDOS attack. While our DDOS mitigation guard severely limited the impact of the DDOS attack on our network, several customers still reported issues. The DDOS attack was fully resolved at 18:00pm PST and traffic to our network is back at normal levels.
