GoGrid Portal Issue Reported

Some customers may see red status on their VM’s in the customer portal. VM’s seems to be actually up and running. Please verify if your server is online before opening up a case by remote accessing it. We are aware of the issue and our Systems team is currently investigating the problem.

Some customers may experience an issue with accessing the portal and IP assignment once in the GoGrid portal. Our Systems team is currently investigating the problem. We will update the status blog as soon as more information is available.

GoGrid is performing an upgrade to our switches at 6pm Pacific. No interruptions in service are expected.

(Wednesday, October 20th, 6:00 pm - Thursday, October 21st, 1:00 am BST)


Customer Impact:

There should be no impact to the power in the facility and no down time is expected.

The maintenance schedule will be completed in 2 phases.

Tuesday October 19th  - Preventive Maintenance performed on UPS 3 and 4. Each unit will be put into bypass


Wednesday October 20th  - Preventive Maintenance performed on UPS 1 and 2. Each unit will be put into bypass

Customer Impact:
GoGrid customer portal and API will be unavailable.

Maintenance Details:

The GoGrid " my.gogrid.com" customer portal and API will be unavailable for up to 4 hours while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.
