Customers in US-West-1 may experience session state loss while the F5’s fail over several times during the upgrade process.
The GoGrid Network team is performing a hardware and OS upgrade on our GoGrid load balancer cluster. Customers with active F5 VIPs may lose connectivity between the F5 VIP and cloud servers up to two times during the maintenance window for two minutes each time. In addition, throughout the entire time of the maintenance period, GoGrid F5 adds, edits, or deletes submitted via the GoGrid portal or API will not be processed.
