GoGrid Portal Issue - Resolved

Customers may be unable to Add, Delete, and Restart Cloud Servers through the GoGrid portal. We will update the blog as soon as there is more information available.

GoGrid Emergency Maintenance (Load Balancer Swap)

Maintenance Window:

Tuesday, January 18, 2011 19:00 - 19:15 PST

Customer Impact:
Customers in US-West-1 may experience session state loss while the F5’s fail over during the process.

Maintenance Details:
The GoGrid Network team is performing a hardware swap on the F5 cluster. Customers with active F5 VIPs may briefly lose connectivity between the F5 VIP and cloud servers. In addition, throughout the entire time of the maintenance period, GoGrid F5 adds, edits, or deletes submitted via the GoGrid portal or API will not be processed.

Customer Impact:

The GoGrid "my.gogrid.com" customer portal and API will be unavailable for up to 5 hours while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.


Maintenance Details:

GoGrid is making software improvements to the GoGrid customer portal and API.
