Customers in US-West-1 may experience session state loss while the F5’s fail over during the process.
The GoGrid Network team is performing a hardware swap on the F5 cluster. Customers with active F5 VIPs may briefly lose connectivity between the F5 VIP and cloud servers. In addition, throughout the entire time of the maintenance period, GoGrid F5 adds, edits, or deletes submitted via the GoGrid portal or API will not be processed.
