Our external CRM is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

Customers and Support are unable to open or view tickets at this time.

The problem has been reported and we currently do not have an ETR.

The network team is currently in the process of replacing and configuring a switch to resolve this issue. You will be updated via email as soon as that is completed. Support can work with you if further assistance is needed to restore connectivity.

Tuesday, February 22, 2011 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM (PST)
Wednesday, February 23, 2011 04:00 AM - 06:00 AM (GMT)

Maintenance description:

GoGrid will be updating the operating systems on our F5 load balancers to resolve an issue in the OS that has been identified by us and confirmed by F5 technical staff. During the maintenance a patch will be applied to the F5 load balancers and then a failover will be initiated by our network engineers. 

Impact:

GoGrid customers that have no F5 load balancers deployed will not be affected by the maintenance.

GoGrid customers that have F5 load balancers deployed AND are not using any IP addresses from a secondary IP block are not expected to be affected by the maintenance.

GoGrid customers that have F5 load balancers deployed AND are using IP addresses from a secondary IP block are expected to lose connectivity between their load balancers and their cloud servers for up to 2 minutes during the maintenance.
