GoGrid customer portal and API will be unavailable.

Maintenance Details:

The GoGrid " my.gogrid.com" customer portal and API will be unavailable for up to 1 hour while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

Problems with Virtual Server and Load Balancer Adds (Updated) - Resolved

Some West Coast users have reported an issue with adding new virtual servers or load balancer configurations. Our Network and System teams are currently investigating this. If you're experiencing this issue, please log a case to be notified of updates, or check here for further updates.

Customer’s cloud servers and dedicated servers will not be impacted by this maintenance.
