Thursday, May 5th 4:00 PM (GMT) - Friday, 6th, 1:00 AM (GMT)

Customer Impact:

There should be no impact to the power in the facility and no down time is expected.

This notice is for advisory purposes only.

Maintenance Details:

Annual generator inspection to ensure generators are in proper working order.

Backend Network Issue --Resolved

One of GoGrid’s backend network switches is experiencing problems.  This appears to be affecting private network and Cloud Storage connectivity for some customers.  Our network engineering team is currently investigating the problem and expect to have it resolved soon.

GoGrid Network Maintenance

Friday April 15, 2011 00:00 - 03:00 PDT

Customer Impact:

Customers in US-West may experience a delay in traffic as routes are shifted to another provider.

Maintenance Details:

One of the GoGrid providers, AboveNet, will be performing a scheduled maintenance on their routers. Customers may experience 15 to 30 minutes of slower traffic as routes are automatically transferred to other providers during the maintenance.

GoGrid Infrastructure Update - Completed!

Customer Impact:
The GoGrid "my.gogrid.com" customer portal and API will be unavailable for up to 5 hours while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

Maintenance Details:
GoGrid is making software improvements to the GoGrid customer portal and API.
