GoGrid – Portal Issue Reported - Resolved

Some customer have reported that ordering GoGrid Dedicated Servers using the portal is not working correctly. Our Systems Team is currently investigating the issue.

The problem with some of our customers' servers that took place after 11:00 pm on May 13 has been resolved, and the affected servers now are up and running.

Our vendor had a malfunction of the testing equipment which will require them to finish up their maintenance before the generator run on Thursday night.  The UPS will be online and not be put into bypass.

Quarterly Generator Run (test) required to ensure contingent power in case of an outage.
