DNS issue

We are currently experiencing a problem with our primary nameserver ns1.gogrid.com (216.93.160.16). Our engineering team is investigating now. The secondary nameserver ns2.gogrid.com (216.93.170.17) is unaffected, but customers may see delays or timeouts in name resolution while the problem persists. If you experience problems, please submit a support case or check here for further updates.

GoGrid - Network Maintenance

Maintenance Window:

Wednesday June 22, 2011 18:00 - 19:00 PDT (GMT-7)

Customer Impact:

Customers may be unable to connect to the my.gogrid.com portal and the GoGrid website for up to 4 minutes. Support staff may be unable to review account details for up to 4 minutes. Customer servers and networking will not be impacted.

Maintenance Details:

The GoGrid networking team is performing maintenance on some of the internal switching fabric.
