GoGrid – Portal Issues Reported - Resolved

Some customers have reported intermittent issues with accessing and logging into the my.gogrid.com portal. Our Systems team is currently investigating the issue.

Update: As of 12:45 PM PDT, all services have been reported to be working normally. Please contact GoGrid Support if you are still having any other issues.

Generator Maintenance

From approximately 7PM to 1AM PDT (GMT -7) we will perform a full generator run as part of our ongoing maintenance practices. Customer downtime is not expected. We will provide an update when this maintenance has been completed.

Thursday July 7, 2011 15:00 - 15:30 17:00 PDT (GMT-7)

Customer Impact:

Customers will experience private network unavailability during the maintenance. This will impact private network data transfer between servers and with Cloud Storage.

Maintenance Details:

A private network switch needs to be rebooted to avoid additional downtime. Maintenance has been extended due to a module failure.

The GoGrid "my.gogrid.com" customer portal and API will be unavailable for up to 4 hours while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, firewalls, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.
