The network team has reported that we have resolved connectivity problems to the backend network, including Cloud Storage. We request you to test, confirm, and let us know if you experience further problems.

A detailed RFO will be forthcoming in one business day. If you wish to receive the RFO, please open a support case through the customer service portal.

www.gogrid.com currently unavailable - Resolved

The www.gogrid.com website is currently unavailable. Our Systems team is looking into the issue. This does not affect GoGrid customer servers or their ability to manage them via my.gogrid.com.

GoGrid Portal Issues - Resolved

Some customers are reporting issues with job completion (adds, deletes) in the GoGrid customer portal. No other portal functions are affected (billing, support). Our Systems team is aware of the issue and working on the fix.

GoGrid Infrastructure Update - Completed

Please review the following information for the GoGrid Scheduled Maintenance on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 19:00 - 23:45 PDT (GMT -7 hrs):

Customer Impact:

The GoGrid My.GoGrid.com customer portal and API will be unavailable for up to 4 hours while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, firewalls, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

Maintenance Details:

GoGrid is making software improvements to the GoGrid customer portal and API.

GoGrid – Network Issues Reported -Resolved

Some customers have reported network issues and problems accessing their servers.

Our Network Team has found that the issue was with a major Internet peer provider in the San Jose / Palo Alto, CA area. This outage impacted many West coast facilities depending on how the ISP routes the traffic to area.

We have found that the issue has been resolved as of 10:50 AM PDT.
