From approximately 15:37 – 15:52 PDT (GMT-7), GoGrid experienced an unplanned network issue due to link saturation that arose during the scheduled maintenance window. Customers may have experienced loss of connectivity to public IP addresses on GoGrid servers.
Following the primary issue, other related issues caused further downtime for a small subset of customers. As of 19:10 PDT, we have confirmed all issues resolved. A detailed RFO will be provided to customers who reported problems once our engineering team finished their investigation.
