GoGrid Maintenance Window:
Beginning: Friday, October 28th, 2011 - 19:00 PDT (GMT-7)
Ending: Sunday, October 30th, 2011 - 19:00 PDT (GMT-7)
There will be a longer maintenance window than normal and we want to make sure you are aware of the time frame. During the maintenance window, there will be no access to the following GoGrid management tools: Customer portal (my.gogrid.com), API, and Support cases via the portal.
There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, dedicated servers, firewalls, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.
Customers accessing my.gogrid.com during the maintenance will be provided with additional information for contacting GoGrid Support.
This planned maintenance will allow us to make the necessary backend changes to support our new ecommerce platform. This project requires a longer than normal maintenance window, however, your existing infrastructure will not be impacted.
