Resolved - Cloud Storage Maintenance

A subset of GoGrid customers was recently sent a precautionary notice with regard to possible IO issues using Cloud Storage. The GoGrid Systems team has stabilized the storage cluster. Impacted customers will be notified individually if any additional action is necessary.

Resolved - UPS Outage

This is a preliminary cautionary post as currently no customers are experiencing downtime. One of our internal UPS systems is in an alarm state. Currently our UPS vendor is in route to troubleshoot the system. We are in an emergency maintenance window, however no downtime is expected. Please check back here for further updates.

We are currently experiencing packet loss on outbound connectivity for some GoGrid customers.

We are aware of the situation and are working swiftly to bring this to a resolution.

Resolved - GoGrid – Case Management System Maintenance

Saturday, November 5th 2011 21:00 – 22:00 PDT (GMT –7)

Customer Impact:
Customers will be unable to view or create new tickets in their support portal. Support agents will be unable to respond to emails sent to existing tickets until after the maintenance is completed.

Our CRM partner is performing routine maintenance.
