Resolved - GoGrid – Case Management System Maintenance

Saturday, November 5th 2011 21:00 – 22:00 PDT (GMT –7)

Customer Impact:
Customers will be unable to view or create new tickets in their support portal. Support agents will be unable to respond to emails sent to existing tickets until after the maintenance is completed.
