Some customers have reported intermittent rDNS failures on private IP addresses on the GoGrid network. Our System Engineers are looking into the problem.
A known work around is to disable reverse DNS lookups by your application or add host names to your host files. If you need assistance with this or have any other question, please contact our Support team.
