Maintenance Notification - Wednesday, January 18th

Please review the following information for the GoGrid Scheduled Maintenance

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 18:00 - 21:00 PST (GMT-8)

Customer Impact:

All brand portals and websites, including the GoGrid API, will be unavailable for up to 20 minutes while we upgrade our network infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, dedicated servers, firewalls, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

Maintenance Details:

GoGrid is performing an internal network update. During the maintenance customers will be unable to access portals, sign up for new accounts, and GoGrid corporate websites.  Support personnel will have limited account and tools access during the maintenance.

Customers who have additional questions before or after the maintenance are requested to contact the GoGrid Support Center via the portal ( https://my.gogrid.com) or by phone (1-877-946-4743 or 1-415-869-7444). During the maintenance, please contact us by phone.
