VM Management Issues Reported - Resolved

The Engineering team is currently investigating an issue where some customers are unable to add/delete/restart VMs in US-West. If you encounter this issue, please open a case with GoGrid Support via my.gogrid.com.

Update: The GoGrid Engineering Team has resolved the problem with VM management jobs. Some customer may experience a delay in some tasks as the queue clears.
