GoGrid – Networking Issues Reported - Resolved

Some customers have reported networking issues in our West data center. Currently, our Networking Team is investigating the issue. Please log a case to be notified or check here for further updates.

Update1: @15:15 PDT – Our Networking Team is still investigating the issue. We will update the blog as more information is available.
Update2: @15:50 PDT – Most customers should be back online at this time. The Networking Team is still investigating any remaining issues.
Update3: @16:10 PDT – The Networking team has reported this issue should be resolved. Please contact the GoGrid Support Center if you are still experiencing any networking issues.
Update4: @23:50 PDT - Some customers report continued related networking issues.  Our Networking Team is continuing to their investigation.
