Resolved Update: @06:05 PDT - Upstream maintenance complete. Links active.

GoGrid East confirmed an upstream provider is actively performing an emergency maintenance. Immediately following the given window, GoGrid Support and the Network Team will be confirming resumption of normal activity along any affected links.

End: Saturday, July 28th, 2012 - 6 a.m. PDT

Customer Impact:
Customers in the US-East1 data center will temporarily lose access to their Cloud Storage mounts during the maintenance. MyGSI saves and add jobs for some customers will also not process correctly during this time.

GoGrid System Engineers are performing an emergency maintenance to the Cloud Storage infrastructure to ensure continued reliability to customers using the US-East1 data center.

GoGrid US-East-1 Power Update - Resolved

Update: @17:50 PDT - The East Data Center Team reported this issue resolved; there was no impact. Please contact the GoGrid Support Center if there are any questions.

As a result of instability in utility power, customer loads have been transferred to generator power.

Some Customers are experiencing problems with access to their Cloud Storage. The GoGrid Systems team is currently investigating and should have it back up shortly. Please open a Support case to report any issues with your infrastructure.

UPDATE- GoGrid Portal issues Reported


15:00 PDT - There have been reports that the portal is experiencing problems again. We're continuing to investigate this problem and expect to have it resolved shortly.

This issue has been resolved.
Customers are experiencing problems with logging into the portal. The GoGrid Systems team is currently investigating and should have it back up shortly.
