Some customers reported latency in the cloud storage network in the west datacenter. Our Network and Systems team have began investigating the reports.

Resolved @ 3:25 - Our Systems and Networking team narrowed the source and took action.

GoGrid Portal Issues Reported – 2012-08-24 - Resolved

Some customers have reported slow or delayed job processing in the US-EAST1 data center. Our Systems Engineers are currently investigating the issue.

Resolved: @12:00pm PDT – The problem with slow job processing in the US-EAST1 data center has been resolved. Please contact the GoGrid Support Team if you experience any other issues.

Some customers have reported Latency in our US-East data center. The GoGrid Networking Team is currently investigating the issue. We will update this blog once we have more info.

GoGrid - Network Issues Reported - Resolved

Some customers have reported that VMs in US-West-1 are having an issue with receiving IP addresses on their public facing network interfaces. The Systems and Engineering teams are working towards a resolution. In the meantime, Support may be contacted to assist with assigning a static IP address.

GoGrid Data Center Maintenance Window:
Monday, August 6, 2012 07:00 - 17:00 PDT (GMT-7)

Customer Impact:
There should be no impact to the power in the facility and no down time is expected.
This notice is for advisory purposes only.

Data Center:
US-West-1

Maintenance Details:
GoGrid will be performing UPS maintenance in the US-West-1 data center. During this maintenance a technician will be working on adding an additional PDU feed and breaker to the UPS. This is a precautionary notice. No interruption in service is expected.

GoGrid – Network Issues Reported 2012-08-01 - Resolved

Network connectivity was briefly interrupted by a large attack in the US-West-1 data center. The GoGrid Networking Team quickly mitigated the traffic source and restored connectivity to all US-West-1 customers.

Update1 @ 17:25 PDT – The Networking Team is investigating continued network issues and network connectivity loss for some customers
