GoGrid Cloud Storage - Wednesday October 10 2012

One of our Cloud Storage nodes experienced a hardware issue that resulted in a node reboot. Some customers were temporarily disconnected from the cloud storage and will need to reconnect, however the issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues with accessing your Cloud storage, please contact the GoGrid Support Center via the portal my.gogrid.com or by phone (1-877-946-4743 or +1-415-869-7444).
