GoGrid – Networking Issues Reported 2012-12-24 - Resolved

Resolved: at 17:00 PST our Networking team fixed the problem with the Fortinet firewall.  All customer systems are now working normally.

Starting at 15:30 PST, some Fortinet firewall customers in the US-West1 data center have been reporting network connectivity issues. The GoGrid Networking Team is currently investigating the issue. This posting will be updated as more information is available .

The GoGrid customer portal (my.gogrid.com ) jobs in US-West may take longer to process or some jobs may fail while we upgrade our infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, dedicated servers, firewalls, load balancers or Cloud Storage during this time.
