GoGrid Cloud Storage (EU-West) - Resolved

Resolved - 13:00 PST - All systems back to normal.

Reported at 12:00 PM PST - Currently, cloud storage is inaccessible and an emergency maintenance has been scheduled to resolve the issue in the EU-West data center.

Scheduled window:
2013-02-28 @ 12:20 PST (-8GMT)

At this point, you may not be able to access your cloud storage. We will update you as soon as the issue is resolved.

GoGrid – Networking Issues Reported in EU-West 2013-02-15 - Resolved

RESOLVED at 12:00 PM PST - This issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing network related issues please contact GoGrid support.


Reported at 11:30 AM PST - Some customers in the EU-West1 data center have been reporting network latency issues due to packet loss. The GoGrid Networking Team is currently investigating the issue. This posting will be updated as more information is available .

GoGrid Portal Issue - 2013-02-10


Update 02-10-2013 6 PM PST: The issue has been resolved. Existing case information will appear in a new window and will require the users to allow popups from gogrid.com. 


Some customers have reported having problems viewing cases on the mygogrid.com portal.
