Update 02-10-2013 6 PM PST: The issue has been resolved. Existing case information will appear in a new window and will require the users to allow popups from gogrid.com.
Some customers have reported having problems viewing cases on the mygogrid.com portal. This is a known issue and it is currently being looked in to by our systems engineering team.
