Maintenance Details:
The GoGrid Networking team will be performing regular maintenance on one of the redundant core routers in the US-WEST1 data center. No impact is expected as traffic will be shifted to the secondary router.

GoGrid – Dynamic Load Balancer Issue – 2013-03-18 - Resolved

Some customers have reported problems with their Dynamic Load Balancer (DLB) passing traffic in the US-WEST1 data center. Our Software Team is currently investigating the issue. We will update this posting as more information becomes available.

Update1: @13:50 PDT – The GoGrid Software Team is still working on resolving the issue. Currently there is no ETA. We will update the blog as more information is available.

Update2: @14:50 PDT – The problem with DLB service is still pending resolution. No ETA is available at this time. We understand the impact of this service outage and want to ensure to our customers using DLB service that we are treating it with our highest priory.

Resolved: @15:50 PDT – The problem with the DLB service has been confirmed as resolved. Please contact the GoGrid Support Team if you experience any other issues with DLB service.

Maintenance Details:
GoGrid will be performing our monthly generator run Thursday, March 21, 2013 in our US-West1 data center. The expected time on generator should be approximately one hour, however we need a 5 hour maintenance to ensure we are covered during the duration. Monthly Generator Run is required to ensure contingent power in case of an outage.

Maintenance Details:
The GoGrid facility in EU-WEST1 is performing electrical work that will require short power transfers to generators. The generator mode period will be short and comparable to the normal monthly generator tests.

GoGrid Portal Issue - 2013-03-06 - Resolved

GoGrid Emergency Maintenance Notification - Tuesday March 5th, 2013 20:30 PST (GMT -8) - Completed

Please review the following information for a GoGrid scheduled emergency maintenance.

Maintenance Window:
Duration: 4.5 hours
Tuesday, March 5th 20:30 PST (GMT -8) to Wednesday, March 6th 01:00 PST (GMT -8)

Customer Impact:
The GoGrid management console and API will be unavailable for up to 90-minutes during the maintenance window, but will be restored as soon as possible. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, dedicated servers, firewalls, load balancers or cloud storage during this time. However, please note that cloud servers should not be restarted via the operating system during this window.

Maintenance Details:
GoGrid is performing proactive emergency hardware maintenance on internal infrastructure. Support personnel will have limited account and tools access during the maintenance window.
