The GoGrid management console and API will be unavailable for up to 90-minutes during the maintenance window, but will be restored as soon as possible. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, dedicated servers, firewalls, load balancers or cloud storage during this time. However, please note that cloud servers should not be restarted via the operating system during this window.
GoGrid is performing proactive emergency hardware maintenance on internal infrastructure. Support personnel will have limited account and tools access during the maintenance window.
