GoGrid Infrastructure Engineers are performing quarterly preventive UPS maintenance to ensure consistent, uninterrupted power backup in US-EAST1 data center.

GoGrid Portal and Firewall Service Maintenance - 2013-06-24

Customer Impact:
Customers using GoGrid Firewall Service may experience brief interruption of 3 to 5 seconds in connectivity. Hardware firewall customers should not experience any issues. Some customers may experience delays with cloud server management activities (adds, saves, deletes).

Maintenance Details:
GoGrid Systems team is performing a routine maintenance on customer portal (my.gogrid.com) and GoGrid firewall service.

GoGrid - Email to Case Issue Reported 2013-06-20 - Resolved

Some customers have reported bounced email when replying to the GoGrid helpdesk@gogrid.com alias.  The GoGrid Systems Team is currently investigating the issue.  This posting will be updated as more information is available.
