GoGrid Portal Case Management Issue - Resolved


Some customers have reported that they are not able to create cases in the customer portal. Our systems team is working to restore this service in a timely manner.

GoGrid Network Issue Reported - Resolved

Update: The issue with the GoGrid Network is now resolved. Customers who have additional questions are requested to contact the GoGrid Support Center via the portal my.gogrid.com, by phone at (1-877-946-4743 or +1-415-869-7444).

The GoGrid network is currently being investigated for intermittent network connectivity issues that impact my.gogrid.com, the GoGrid API, phone and case management access.  Customer infrastructure is not impacted.

GoGrid Cloud Storage Issue Reported - EU-West1 2013-12-22 - Resolved


Update: Our Systems Engineers have addressed this issue.

Some customers have reported being unable to access data from Cloud Storage in EU-West Datacenter. An Emergency Maintenance is in progress to address this.

GoGrid will be performing our monthly generator run in our US-West1 data center.  The expected time on generator should be approximately one hour.  Five hour maintenance is required to ensure coverage during the duration.  Monthly Generator Run is required to ensure contingent power in case of an outage.
