GoGrid Portal Issue - New Case Creation - 2016-05-09 - Resolved

Maintenance Status: Complete
Thank you for your patience while we completed our maintenance. The maintenance is now complete and New Case Creation should be functionality normally.

Customer Impact:
Customers had reported portal issues on . New Case Creation was not working.  We have resolved the issue. Customer can also update and open cases.
