GoGrid Network Emergency Maintenance US-WEST - 2017-10-22

GoGrid Emergency Network Maintenance Window:

Customer Impact:
Customers in the US-WEST datacenter may see network interruptions of up to 10 minutes and increased latency during this maintenance as the core switches are rebooted one at a time.

San Jose (US-WEST)

Maintenance Details:
Our records indicate that some or all of your solutions are connected to network switches that require emergency maintenance. On the date and times referenced above, we will be upgrading and rebooting two core switches within our San Jose (US-WEST) data center to increase performance and operational continuity.

RESOLVED: GoGrid Customer Portal Login Impairment - 2017-10-05

GoGrid Customer Issues:

Customer Impact:

The customer portal login page (https://my.gogrid.com/login) intermittently fails to load.

Status:

GoGrid engineers are working to resolve the portal login issue at this time. We will provide additional updates as they become available.

UPDATE: Portal login issues resolved as of 9:18AM PDT. Please ensure to clear your browser cache if you are still experiencing  errors on the portal login page.
